Andrew believes in teaching functional fitness that achieves real results and promotes functionality in life. In order to achieve this the circuits feel more like Personal Training sessions where all attendees benefit from his undivided attention throughout.

ABOUT ANDY

Andy served in Her Majesty's Royal Marines Commandos for fourteen years throughout the world. In 2005 he changed career and spent three years teaching 14-16 year old pupils before answering the call of the sea and adventure. From 2008 to 2016 he was a self employed Maritime Security Liaison Officer ensuring the safe passage of commercial shipping through High Risk Areas and Project Managing the security measures for the oil and gas projects in High Risk Areas.

In 2016 he followed his heart, setting up Andali Fitness,  allowing him to combine his passions for helping people with exercise and fitness.
