Exercise & Fitness Circuits
We are social animals and we all like to belong, to be part of a group. For many of us that includes when we exercise. Become part of the Andali family and enjoy getting fit whilst having fun with a great group of people.
We have people of all abilities at the circuits and the exercises are adjusted according to individual abilities so that everyone feels inclusive.
We currently run six 60 minute sessions each week and a uniquely challenging CommandoFit special once a quarter, so there are plenty to choose from the following:
functional fitness
Cardio, endurance and strength based circuit training
Ludlow Rugby Club - £5 per 60 minute session

0915 - 1015 & 1800 - 1900
WEDNESDAYS

THURSDAYS

COMMANDOFIT
Every once in a while a circuit comes along that will push you to your mental and physical limits: Ladies and gentlemen, I give you CommandoFit!!
